This test will be administered exclusively on computer beginning April 20, 2015. Registration for this computer-based test (CBT) is now open.

Subtest II requires the submission of photographs of examinee artwork at the test center. Allow sufficient time to prepare photographic material prior to scheduling your test appointment.
You may register to take one or both subtests in a single test session.
- Subtest I: 50 multiple-choice questions and 4 constructed-response questions
- Subtest II: 50 multiple-choice questions and 4 constructed-response questions, including a portfolio submission

Subtests I and II include one or more assignments that allow you to handwrite and scan responses. See scanning instructions and the hand-draw tutorial video for information on how to use a response sheet for handwritten responses. (The instructions will be available during testing.)Examinees scheduled to take Art Subtest II must bring to the test administration printed photographs of artwork. When you sign in for the test administration for which you are registered, the photographs will be checked by a test administrator. The photographs will be returned to you for use during the test. At the conclusion of your test, you will be required to submit the six photographs for scoring. Your photographs will not be returned to you.
Tests may include questions that are evaluated for future administrations and do not affect a candidate's score.
