CSET: Foundational-Level General Science consists of Subtest I (test code 215).

A Single Subject Teaching Credential in Foundational-Level General Science authorizes teaching only in general, introductory, and integrated science (integrated science through Grade 8 only).

Computer-based test (CBT) only:
100 multiple-choice questions and 4 constructed-response questions
By appointment year-round, Monday through Saturday (excluding some holidays). Check appointment availability link opens in a new window.
Session Length
4 hours
15 additional minutes is provided to complete a nondisclosure agreement and tutorial. Any time taken for breaks is considered part of your available testing time.

There will be a score report delay for the redeveloped version of CSET Foundational-Level General Science (test code 215), administered beginning August 7, 2017.
