CSET: Filipino

CSET subtests used toward a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Filipino:
- Filipino Subtest I (test code 190)
- Filipino Subtest II (test code 191)
CSET subtests used toward a Bilingual Authorization for Filipino:
- Filipino Subtest II (test code 191)
- World Languages Subtest IV (test code 250)
- Filipino Subtest V (test code 255)
You may register to take any one subtest in a single test session.
Computer-based test (CBT) only:
- Subtest I: 6 constructed-response questions
- Subtest II: 7 constructed-response questions
- Subtest IV: 50 multiple-choice questions
- Subtest V: 5 constructed-response questions
Review the content domains:
Subtest I: 2 hours
Subtest II: 1 hour 45 minutes
Subtests IV and V: 1 hour and 15 minutes per subtest
15 additional minutes are provided to complete a nondisclosure agreement and tutorial. Any time taken for breaks is considered part of your available testing time.
Subtests I and II include one or more assignments that allow you to use special characters (e.g., diacritical marks) in your typed responses. Refer to the

Subtest II includes one or more assignments that require you to record spoken responses. Refer to the
interactive CBT tutorial for information on how to use the audio capture feature.
